Medicare
A medical referral is required to access Medicare rebates for clinical psychology sessions. Rebates are currently $145.25 per session – up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
We lodge your Medicare claim electronically on the day of your consultation and the rebate reaches your bank account typically within 1-2 business days.
Private Health Insurance
You do not need a referral to claim rebates under private health insurance.
As private health funds and plans vary a lot, please contact your health insurance provider to find out details of any cover for clinical psychology services you may have.
If you do have cover, you can use the receipts we provide to lodge claims with your fund.
Payments
Payments are made on the day of the consultation by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard). Cheque and cash are no longer accepted.
